Pro scouts from all 32 NFL teams were on hand at Toledo's Fetterman Training Center on March 23rd, with several potential NFL Draft picks– including potential first-rounder Emmanual McNeil-Warren– set to work out.

In all, 14 former Rockets and a smattering of smaller-school prospects participated in the workout.

For our reports, we’ve pulled raw numbers from both Draft Scout and RAS.football to populate RAS score cards. These cards are used with express written permission of RAS’ creator Kent Lee Platte.

CB Nasir Bowers

Elevator Pitch:

Bowers availed himself in the last two seasons as a ball-hawking defensive back. He held down a starting spot for 19 games in his junior and senior years, collecting 70 tackles, four tackles-for-loss, four interceptions and 13 pass break-ups. There will be concerns about his short frame, but Bowers proved to be an adept tackler in the run game, totaling 87 in his four years in Toledo. Had an impressive performance at the American Bowl, where he intercepted a pass and held his own in coverage.

EDGE Anthony Dunn Jr.

Elevator Pitch:

Dunn Jr. was a strong contributor to the Toledo pass rush rotation over the last two years, totaling six sacks and 10 TFLs for the Rockets. This followed an eight-sack, 12.5-TFL campaign at HBCU Florida A&M in 2023. Dunn Jr. seems like a natural fit in a 4-3 scheme at the next level.

CB Andre Fuller

Elevator Pitch:

Fuller was Quinyon Mitchell's direct successor and filled the role well, earning first-team all-MAC honors at corner in 2025 after missing all of 2024 with an injury. Fuller possesses a sturdy, NFL-ready frame and elite ball skills, breaking up 10 passes last year and 14 additional passes dating back to his time at Arkansas Pine-Bluff in 2021.

Excellent in press coverage and challenging for the ball. Over his five-year career, Fuller picked up 116 tackles, 6.5 TFLs, four interceptions (including three in 2021 at UAPB), and 31 pass breakups. Will likely start his pro tenure on special teams or the practice squad, but has good potential as a hybrid defensive back who could play either corner or safety.

Measurables (as of Pro Day)

  • Height: six-foot-one
  • Weight: 200 lbs.
  • Arms: 30 and five-eighths inches

RB Lucas Laroche

Elevator Pitch:

Despite receiving limited playing time in his two years at Toledo, Laroche has the build to be a third-down back in a lower level league at five-foot-nine, 203 lbs. Laroche carried the ball five times for six yards against Morgan State in his only career game appearance.

  • Broad jump: seven feet, six inches
  • Bench: 15 reps at 225 lbs.

Relative Athletic Score: 0.05

SAF Emmanuel McNeil-Warren

Elevator Pitch:

McNeil-Warren is by far the most coveted prospect for the Rockets– and the Mid-American Conference– in the 2025 NFL Draft cycle. McNeil-Warren is a rangy, hard-hitting safety who can play deep coverage, in the box as a run-stopper and as a robber thanks to his smooth lateral agility and play recognition.

McNeil-Warren had been in the eye of pro scouts for some time after playing in the same backfield as Quinyon Mitchell, who was a first-round selection in 2024. McNeil-Warren, who stands at an impressive six-foot-three, 201 lbs., made a name for himself in 2025, notching 77 tackles and 5.5 TFLs this year, while intercepting two passes and breaking up five. His on-field play earned him a 91.9 defensive grade and a 92.0 coverage grade from Pro Football Focus, and eventually helped clinch multiple All-American selections, including second-team nods from the FWAA and The Sporting News, and a third-team selection for the Associated Press.

Over his four-year career, McNeil-Warren collected 214 total tackles, 11 TFLs, a sack, five interceptions, 17 pass break-ups, nine forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. Missed five games in 2024 due to injury.

McNeil-Warren accepted an invitation to the Senior Bowl, but had to pull out early due to an injury suffered towards the end of the 2025 season. He would later participate in the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, where he was considered a breakout candidate.

Draft Projections:

Measurables (as of Pro Day)

  • Height: six-foot-three
  • Weight: 201 lbs.
  • Arms: 32 and one-eighth inches
  • Hands: 9 and one-quarter inches

  • 10-yard split: 1.58 seconds
  • 20-yard split: 2.61 seconds
  • Shuttle: N/A
  • Three-cone drill: N/A
  • Vertical jump: 35.5 inches
  • Broad jump: ten feet, two inches
  • Bench: N/A

Relative Athletic Score: 9.01

OLB Jeremiah Peters

Elevator Pitch:

Despite being relatively undersized, Jeremiah Peters contributed well to Toledo’s pass rush throughout his career. Peters tallied 56 total tackles, 16.5 TFLs and 8.5 sacks in his career at Toledo, along with two forced fumbles and two pass break-ups. Peters' light frame could be an obstacle at the next level, but he could get a shot on special teams.

Draft Projections:

  • Lower-league tryout

Measurables (as of Pro Day)

  • Height: six-foot-four
  • Weight: 213 lbs.
  • Arms: 32 and three-quarters inches
  • Hands: 9 and one-half inches

  • 40-yard dash: 4.82 seconds
  • 10-yard split: 1.68 seconds

  • Broad jump: nine feet, four inches
  • Bench: N/A

Relative Athletic Score: 2.93

TE Jacob Petersen

Elevator Pitch:

Petersen responded well to the jump in competition after transferring from Holy Cross for his final season of eligibility. Petersen caught 25 passes for 335 yards and four touchdowns for the Rockets in 2025. At Holy Cross, Petersen was prolific, with 34 receptions for 502 yards and six touchdowns in 2024. Presents as an intriguing stretch tight end target with excellent explosion and agility despite an average frame.

Draft Projections:

  • Lower-league tryout

Measurables (as of Pro Day)

  • Height: six-foot-four
  • Weight: 237 lbs.
  • Arms: 34 inches
  • Hands: 10 and three-quarter inches

  • Vertical jump: 36.5 inches
  • Broad jump: ten feet, three inches
  • Bench: 21 reps at 225 pounds

Relative Athletic Score: 8.06

DT Martez Poynter

Elevator Pitch:

Poynter was a disruptive force in the middle of the defensive line for the Rockets, finishing his stint at UT with 96 tackles, 19 TFLs, 11.5 sacks and a forced fumble over five years of service. 2025 was his best campaign, with 10 TFLs and 6.5 sacks from the defensive tackle spot. Poynter earned a second-team All-MAC selection for his efforts. Could fit in well in a 4-3 scheme at the pro level due to his size.

Draft Projections:

  • Rookie mini-camp invitation/lower-league roster

Measurables (as of Pro Day)

  • Height: six-foot-four
  • Weight: 292 lbs.
  • Arms: 32 and three-eighths inches
  • Hands: 9 and three-eights inches

Skill Drills (numbers from Pro Day)

  • 10-yard split: 1.81 seconds
  • 20-yard split: 2.83 seconds
  • Shuttle: N/A
  • Three-cone drill: N/A
  • Vertical jump: 27 inches
  • Broad jump: eight feet, seven inches
  • Bench: 31 reps at 225 pounds

Relative Athletic Score: 7.13

DT Doran Ray

Elevator Pitch:

After years of limited playing time, Ray finally broke into the starting lineup in 2025. Ray made 28 tackles, including 3.5 behind the line of scrimmage, and three sacks. For his career, Ray made 43 tackles and had 4.5 tackles for a loss. He is a similar prospect to his fellow interior line counterpart, Martez Poynter, and should get a similar opportunity.

Draft Projections:

  • Lower-league tryout

Measurables (as of Pro Day)

  • Height: six-foot-two
  • Weight: 284 lbs.
  • Arms: 31 and three-quarter inches

  • Broad jump: eight feet
  • Bench: 25 reps at 225 pounds

Relative Athletic Score: 3.23

WR Trayvon Rudolph

Elevator Pitch:

Rudolph is a versatile prospect at the receiver position who played at an all-MAC level for two different teams in his career.

Between his time at NIU and Toledo, Rudolph pulled in 192 passes for 2,482 yards, ran the ball 47 times for 481 yards, and returned 80 kickoffs for 1,814 yards, with 18 total touchdowns (12 receiving, four rushing, two return) over five years. In the process, Rudolph earned several all-MAC selections, with three each at wide receiver and return specialist.

His best season was with the Huskies in 2021, when he scored nine total touchdowns (seven receiving, one rushing, one return) and had 1,462 all-purpose yards.

Rudolph earned second team All-MAC honors at both wide receiver and return specialist in 2025, finishing with 39 catches for 435 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while returning 18 kicks for 374 yards and a touchdown.

The possibilities are endless for how pro offenses can use Rudolph. His speed metrics are impressive; he would have placed second at this year's NFL Combine in the 40-yard dash if invited, and top 10 in the 10-yard split.

The ability to play multiple positions and a pro-ready speed could help him exceed expectations in this year's draft process– though teams will be wary of his injury history (missed all of 2022 with a non-contact knee injury) and his decrease in production afterwards.

Draft Projections:

  • Rookie mini-camp invitation/lower-league roster

Measurables (as of Pro Day)

  • Height: five-foot-nine
  • Weight: 182 lbs.
  • Arms: 30 and five-eighths inches
  • Hands: 8 and five-eighths inches

  • 40-yard dash: 4.30 seconds
  • 10-yard split: 1.53 seconds
  • 20-yard split: 2.41 seconds
  • Shuttle: 4.09 seconds
  • Three-cone drill: 6.81 seconds
  • Vertical jump: 38.5 inches
  • Broad jump: nine feet, ten inches
  • Bench: 8 reps at 225 pounds

Relative Athletic Score: 8.02

CB Avery Smith

Elevator Pitch:

Smith was the man to shoulder the load for the Rockets secondary after the departure of Quinyon Mitchell to the NFL Draft and carried it well, finishing with 42 tackles, five TFLs, an interception, 11 passes defensed and a blocked kick in 2025. Smith's best statistical season was 2024, when he finished with 58 tackles, two interceptions, 16 passes defensed and a blocked kick. Smith finished his career with back-to-back placements on the second-team all-MAC defense.

It's an impressive career arc for a prospect who arrived on campus as a quarterback recruit. Smith's tape is certainly in keeping with the traditional Toledo defensive back, with excellent physicality and stickiness in press man coverage. Smith anticipates the ball well, and a very productive career filled with pass break-ups shows he is capable in tight coverage.

Smith was invited to the NFL Scouting Combine and stumbled a bit, but still projects to be selected in the latter part of the draft thanks to his experience, production and ability to play special teams– especially on kick blocking units.

Draft Projections:

Measurables (as of Pro Day)

  • Height: five-foot-ten
  • Weight: 196 lbs.
  • Arms: 29 and three-eighths inches
  • Hands: 8 and three-eighths inches

Skill Drills (numbers from Pro Day)

  • 20-yard split: 2.63 seconds
  • Shuttle: 4.46 seconds
  • Three-cone drill: 7.03 seconds
  • Vertical jump: 38.5 inches
  • Broad jump: 10 feet, five inches
  • Bench: N/A

Relative Athletic Score: 6.34

RB Chip Trayanum

Elevator Pitch:

Trayanum finally reached his full potential after a backpacking career which saw stops at Arizona State, Ohio State, and Kentucky. Trayanum, a former four-star recruit, featured for the Rockets, scoring at least one touchdown in 11 of Toledo's 12 contests. For the season, Trayanum ran for 1,014 yards and 12 touchdowns on an efficient 5.6 yards per carry and caught 21 passes for 212 yards and two scores. This season alone accounted for nearly half of his 2,272 career rushing yards, and more than half of his 36 career receptions and 303 receiving yards.

Trayanum is a big back that can handle a heavier workload and offers solid pass catching ability for his build. He performed well in the East-West Shrine Bowl, running the ball seven times for 39 yards, including a 15-yard run.

Draft Projections:

Measurables (as of Pro Day)

  • Height: five-foot-11
  • Weight: 224 lbs.

  • Broad jump: nine feet, 11 inches
  • Bench: 27 reps at 225 pounds

Relative Athletic Score: 9.62

WR Junior Vandeross III

Elevator Pitch:

Vandeross was one of the MAC’s most consistent receivers over the past few years. After a breakout 2024 campaign which saw him catch 85 passes for 957 yards and five touchdowns, Vandeross eclipsed the 1,000-yard plateau with 82 receptions for 1,008 yards in 2025, earning first team All-MAC honors in his senior season.

Vandeross' resume against Power Four schools assuages concerns about his ability to play against elite competition. He caught 39 passes for 496 yards against Power Four schools in his career, including 12 catches and 194 yards in the 2024 GameAboveSports Bowl against Pitt. Vandeross is more than deserving of a shot in the slot. Scouts took notice and Vandeross received an invitation to the Hula Bowl. He should at least get a chance as an undrafted free agent.

Draft Projections:

  • Undrafted free agent/lower-league roster

Measurables (as of Pro Day)

  • Height: five-foot-seven
  • Weight: 180 lbs.
